Is it about the Money?

"Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's,
and to God the things that are God's."
Mark 12:17

The government has its share of our earnings known as taxes but I do not consider tithes and love offerings in the same manner. I believed that all belongs to God and the amount you give should not be measured in accordance with its value that you seem to have lost in your pocket but rather on how much it can help in bringing people closer to God.

The more you give, the more you will receive. Water fills up all empty spaces until it is full. Can you swim in a tub or rather than go to the beach and enjoy? Same thing true with blessings, the more you widen up your spheres of charity, the more God will fill up all those empty spaces and as such, you will receive more.

Whenever I read of the Lord's wisdom such as this, I am truly amazed on the depths of understanding that God wants to place in our hearts.

Father in heaven, what can I offer that does not belong to you?

All I can do is but praise you for all the good works that you have done and continue to do over my life and over the lives of your people.

Fill up all the empty spaces in my works of charity that would bring glory to your Mighty Name. Free me from all debts by providing abundant financial resources in my work and business.

All these I humbly ask and pray in Jesus Name. Amen.
